By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referenced here and available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content.

Online store terms

Products and product information
We are an independent stockist of Autosmart products. All trade marks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse any order.
Safe use of chemical products
Many of the products we sell are cleaning chemicals intended for professional and consumer vehicle care. It is your responsibility to read the product label and, where provided, the safety data sheet before use, and to follow the manufacturer’s instructions on dilution, personal protective equipment, storage and disposal.
Products must not be decanted into unlabelled containers, mixed with other chemicals, or used for any purpose other than that stated by the manufacturer. We accept no liability for damage, injury or loss arising from misuse, incorrect dilution, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Some products are age-restricted or classified as hazardous for transport. Where this applies we may need to verify details with you before dispatch.
Pricing and payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or telephone number provided at the time the order was made.
Accuracy of billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and your statutory right to cancel are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The Service and all products delivered to you through the Service are, except as expressly stated by us, provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for your use.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of Northern Ireland. Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Auto Smart Detailing and William Bell (Tractors) Ltd, and our directors, officers, employees and suppliers, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. The determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or by ceasing to use our site. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to the termination date survive termination.
