Auto Smart Detailing is the online car care store of William Bell (Tractors) Ltd, 79 Clabby Road, Fivemiletown, Co. Tyrone, BT75 0QU, Northern Ireland. All orders are dispatched from this address.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery rates and times

United Kingdom – Standard
3–5 business days. £4.99

United Kingdom – Express
1–2 business days. £6.99

Rates are flat and apply to the whole order, whatever its size or weight. The options available to you are shown at checkout.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Delivery to some remote areas of Scotland, offshore islands and other outlying areas may take longer, and any additional charges are shown at checkout.

Couriers

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DHL depending on the size and weight of your order.

Hazardous and restricted items

Some products in our range are classified as hazardous for transport and cannot travel by air. This may affect delivery times to offshore and remote destinations. Where a restriction applies to an item in your order we will contact you before dispatch.
